Communication : Leader No1 shall be able to communicate on various levels. He shall be able to conduct supervision meetings with the founders, but also to be able to communicate using the media and in writing.
Width of Knowledge: Leader No 1 have a wide range of knowledge on variety of topics, he is able to realize Business and innovation opportunities in various fields as well to give the founders the feelings that he possess a decent knowledge and background on the product, company or solution they are building.
Depth of Knowledge: Leader No 1 should have a sufficient depth in specific topics and disciplines, he shall be able to interfere to the last technical professional level on those disciplines, he shall be able to realize the technical difficulties that might arise from building a new solution, but also without a great impact on the wildness of innovation.
Charisma: Leader No 1 should have sufficient Charisma that can be noticed with looks, personality, storytelling ability, speech delivery, motivation and inspiration.
Innovation: Leader No 1 should provide tangible evidences on innovation attempts or innovative pursuits
Business and Management Skills: Leader No 1 should be able to lead the innovation cluster as a large corporation with bottom line results of profits and loss as well distribution of the annual 10% profit for shareholders
Performance: Leader No 1 Should achieve monthly and quarterly targets that is associated with technical capacities of the group as well the financial bottom line.
